Key Features
The SmartScale weighs up to 20kg with high accuracy, features a tare function (via button or web app), and provides real-time weight display on both OLED and web app. It keeps a history of all weighings per day, includes environmental sensors for temperature, humidity, and ultrasonic measurements, and offers audio feedback via buzzer for warnings or errors. The design is 3D-printed.
Technical Implementation
Uses HX711 + Load Cell for weight, MPU6050 for temperature, Ultrasonic sensor for object detection, and a buzzer for feedback. Data is stored in a normalized MySQL database and visualized in a responsive web app.
